Acupuncture has been an integral part of traditional medicine for thousands of years. The vital energy of the body, Qi, (pronounced "chee") passes through meridians or pathways in the body. The practitioner stimulates and balances this energy, by inserting sterile, disposable needles in designated points.

Structural Integration Technique
David Lesondak, CSI is a board-certified Structural Integrator. A clinical massage therapist since 1992, David has been practicing Structural Integration since 2002, and has taught a number of SI-related courses around the country. Structural Integration Technique works by reorganizing your body's fascia. It is an excellent technique for chronic pain, surgical adhesions, carpal tunnel, and achieving better posture. Structural Integration will release restrictions in the fascia infrastructure. David has recently been invited to join the Center for Integrated Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).

She explores her clients history, nutritional symptoms, habits, and attitudes to achieve optimal success. She is specialized in dealing with disordered eating, irritable bowel, casein-free diets, gluten-free diets, food sensitivity, anti-inflammatory diets, and individualized meal plans. Donna is also trained to deal with a wide variety of health concerns, such as menopause, osteoporosis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, nutrition for men and sport's nutrition.

Rob Strovers is a Pittsburgh based photographer with a keen eye and appreciation for the detail and textures found in and around the world in which we live.
Additional bodies of work include extensive collectiosn of images from the natural world, industrial/urban textural abstracts cityscapes, bridges, a graphic series, angels, and much more.
Each and every print is done in the studio using professional photographic papers and archival quality fine art papers. Only cotton rag mat and acid free materials are used with the images to ensure longevity.
